Dr. McClurg is an orthopaedic surgeon, author, and technology strategist. He has led several regional medical organizations and departments in North Carolina, New York, and Indiana.
He brings a physician's discipline and a strategist's eye for technology to Adroit's mission of building software that changes society.

A world-class digital expert, Karthi leads Adroit's technology. He is hands-on across the whole life of software: writing the code, deploying it, and keeping it safe and healthy in production.
He is fluent in every language and framework Adroit's applications run on, and relentless about security, code hygiene, and efficiency, so what Adroit ships is fast, clean, and built to last.
